Setting up Localizer's free currency widget

Localizer offers a free currency widget that you can easily install onto your website in just a few clicks.

Using the currency widget, you can ensure that your website displays pricing in the preferred currency of your visitors. To install the currency widget, follow the steps below:

 

Step 1.

Log into your Localizer account, then hover over the Menu button on the top right of the screen. Then click on the Currency Widget heading from the drop-down menu.

 

Step 2.

Once in the currency widget menu, you'll be able to:

  • Toggle the currency widget on or off
  • Select the default currency or enable IP tracking that will automatically serve the relevant currency to the website visitor (assuming it is a currency you have selected).
  • Select the currencies you want to include (max. of 20)
  • Customize the widget to match your website
  • Customize the size and placement of your widget (NOTE: You cannot place the currency widget in the same position as the language widget)
  • View a preview of your currency widget on the right-hand preview pane

 

Step 3.

Once you're happy with the setup of your currency widget, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save" button. Refresh your website and the currency widget will appear as you've set it up.
